Nursing Department

The Nursing Department is one of the hospital functional departments, under the leadership of the Principal Dean, responsible for the legal practice management of all nurses at the college, the management of care human resources, quality supervision of care, nursing teaching, nursing research and innovation, health education and day-to-day administrative management. In clinical practice, with the patient-centered concept of care, a comprehensive implementation of a responsible overall care model, and the practical performance of nurses' functions in professional care, disease observation, treatment disposal, psychological support, health education and rehabilitation counseling. In nursing education, there is a well-established teaching and management system, including pre-training and standardization training for new nurses, level training, advanced training in nursing and nursing management, continuous improvement of nurses' basic skills, clinical care thinking ability, and professional qualifications. In terms of team building, the existing Master's degree instructors3 and the proportion of nursing professionals certified by the Chinese Nursing Association and Beijing Nursing Association and senior practice nurse certified is one-third.
