Since its founding in 2005, the Peking University Cancer Hospital has grown into a nationally-recognized center for cancer research focused on medicine, teaching and research.The clinic has a strong medical research team, clinical transformation laboratories. With over 30,000 clinical trials per year, over 8,000 patients treated, it is the largest malignant melanoma and seroma clinic in Asia, an internationally renowned center for cancer research.The College has a structured, strong team of talented professionals. There are currently 10 physicians in the medical field, two researchers in the medical field, two contract physicians, all of whom hold a doctorate degree, including five doctors-directors, two assistant physicians-directors, and have a scientific research base such as researchers, associate researchers. Professor Guo Jung, a leading academic figure in the field, is vice president of the Melanoma World Society (MWS), vice chairman and secretary general of the Chinese Clinical Oncology Association (CSCO). The team of many outstanding National Youth Science Fund recipients, the youth elite of the Central Division and the candidates for multiple provincial talent programs, form a core force in leading professional development.
