Stomatology Department

The Department of Stomatology at Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Capital Medical University, was established in 1984 and upgraded to the Stomatology Medical Center in 2004. The Stomatology Medical Center of Beijing Anzhen Hospital is a standing council member unit of the Beijing Stomatological Association, a national standardized training base for general dentistry residents, a master's degree program in prosthodontics of Capital Medical University, an excellent teaching team of Capital Medical University, a member of the Digital Technology Research and Application Alliance of Peking University School of Stomatology, and a science popularization base for the China Elderly Oral Health Promotion Action. The Beijing Anzhen Stomatology Center has now become a large-scale, domestically first-class and internationally advanced oral medical center integrating medical services, teaching, research, and international exchange.
The Stomatology Medical Center (Chaoyang Campus) is located on the 13th floor and the east side of the 11th floor of the outpatient building, with a total of 35 dental units, advanced diagnostic and treatment equipment, and a pleasant environment. It has comprehensive secondary subspecialties, including outpatient clinics for endodontics, periodontics, oral and maxillofacial surgery, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and implantology, as well as distinctive specialized clinics for dental treatment under electrocardiographic monitoring and comfortable dental care, providing safety assurance for patients with cardiovascular diseases, the elderly, and other special populations. The annual outpatient and emergency volume exceeds 70,000 visits.
The Stomatology Medical Center (Tongzhou Campus) is equipped with 21 dental units and offers general outpatient and special-needs dental clinics. The center widely adopts digital technologies, with advanced equipment such as digital imaging systems, dental lasers, dental microscopes, and CAD/CAM systems. It has two standard oral implant operating rooms, capable of performing various minimally invasive surgeries in oral and maxillofacial surgery, periodontics, and implantology, as well as complex bone grafting, full-mouth implantation, and transzygomatic implantation, meeting the different clinical needs of patients in the local and surrounding areas for basic and high-end oral services.
The center currently has a total of 62 medical, nursing, and technical staff: 40 doctors, 17 nurses, and 5 technicians; among them, 16 have senior professional titles, 17 hold doctoral degrees, and 17 hold master's degrees. All medical, nursing, and technical staff of the Stomatology Medical Center adhere to the hospital motto of 'Public, Diligent, Strict, and Honest,' actively respond to the requirements of building a smart hospital, fully utilize intelligent management tools, and strive to establish an integrated online and offline oral diagnosis and treatment system, forming a seamless oral health service chain of popularization, consultation, guidance, triage, treatment, and rehabilitation. The aim is to improve the patient experience and provide higher-quality and more efficient oral health services.
