Department Introduction: The Mongolian Rheumatology Department of the International Mongolian Medicine Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is the earliest Mongolian rheumatology department established in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. There are currently two chief physicians, two deputy chief physicians, one attending physician, two residents, five master's students, two undergraduates, and 20 inpatient beds. In recent years, 20 national-level professional papers have been published. He is currently undertaking two projects including the Autonomous Region Natural Science Foundation Project "Research on the Mechanism of the Effect of Fengshi-25 Flavor Pills on Rheumatoid Arthritis CRP" and the Autonomous Region Mongolian Medicine Standardization Project "Research on the Clinical Efficacy Evaluation of Mongolian Medicine Donkey Blood-25 Pills in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis". Characteristic advantages: 1. Since its establishment, the Department of Rheumatology has focused on inheriting and giving full play to the traditional advantages of Mongolian medicine. It has summed up many years of clinical experience and invented the treatment method of "cold and heat dialectics, removing blood stasis and unblocking collaterals". The "Five Links" special therapy, which mainly uses Mongolian medicine, combines Mongolian and Western medicine, and is administered internally and externally, has made new breakthroughs in the treatment of rheumatism. 2. Drug treatment combined with physical therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy. The combination of acupuncture, bloodletting, cupping, Mongolian medicinal baths and massage therapy with modern instruments has achieved very good results.Our department's existing specialized treatment equipment includes far-infrared thermal foot bath treatment equipment, medium frequency computer treatment equipment, field effect treatment equipment, bone hyperplasia and rheumatism treatment equipment, infrared treatment equipment, cervical vertebra traction devices, Mongolian medicine fumigation beds, etc. 3. The application of specialized preparations significantly improves clinical efficacy. The Mongolian medicine joint nectar modified prescription self-developed by our department, combined with foot bath and hand bath treatment, has been welcomed by patients. The proposed minimally invasive acupuncture diagnosis and treatment system will play a greater role in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatism. 4. Our department has achieved good results in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical and lumbar spondylosis and lumbar disc herniation such as rheumatic fever, rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, vasculitis, Behcet's disease, ankylosing spondylitis, Sjögren's syndrome, scleroderma and waist and leg pain based on three dominant diseases: rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and systemic lupus erythematosus.
