Beijing Medical Association established the first medical department of the Chinese Hospital in 1921, with Professor Wang Zhen-Star, founder of China's disease management department as the first chairman of the Department of Medical Association.In 1921, although some hospitals in the country had cases but no specialist management, the former hospital was also a messy storage facility, allowing patients to establish multiple cases. Director Wang Zhen established a method of case-centered management - emergency room, hospital-based case unification by case-centered management, that is, each patient in a cooperative hospital establishes only one case, the departments are general, patients are all admitted and all medical records in hospitals are concentrated in one case. The number of cases preserved in hospitals dates back to 1914, and since it opened in 1921, more than 2.7 million copies have been preserved. After the founding of the country, the nation has developed rapidly in the field of healthcare, a hospital has been built from the ground up, the Beijing Association and Hospital Case Department are actively involved in the construction of hospitals by the state, and for 60 years have made substantial contributions to our country's case management as needed and possible.
