Internal Medicine

Primary small intestinal ulcer, also known as nonspecific small intestinal ulcer or simple small intestinal ulcer, is a rare disease characterized by the presence of one or more small ulcers in the small intestine. A considerable proportion of patients have a history of taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or enteric-coated potassium chloride tablets, usually for more than 3 to 4 months.
