Usually, the human body will self-select a channel it considers optimal to eliminate certain toxins from the body. When food poisoning or intestinal toxins occur, the body will choose vomiting and diarrhea to detoxify, sometimes vomiting and diarrhea occurring simultaneously. Slightly overweight or obese individuals are more likely to experience diarrhea during the improvement process, sometimes 8-9 times a day, even lasting a week; some people have it several times a day, ending in 1-2 days. Ordinary diarrhea with just two or three episodes a day can make one feel weak; however, diarrhea as a healing reaction makes one feel stronger with each episode, and it only stops when the body considers that toxins have been largely eliminated.
