Enterobacteriaceae includes a large group of Gram-negative bacilli with similar biological characteristics, most of which inhabit the intestinal tracts of humans and animals. Some of these bacteria have obvious pathogenic effects on humans. When the host's body condition changes or bacteria enter sites outside the intestinal tract, the normal intestinal flora can also act as opportunistic pathogens causing various diseases.
