Inflammatory pseudotumor of the liver (IPT) is an inflammatory proliferative lesion of non-parenchymal hepatic cell components and is a benign proliferative tumor-like nodule. This disease may be related to factors such as trauma, infection, immunity, and allergic reactions. The disease is more common in children, and patients usually have a single lesion, though some may have multiple lesions.
