HBsAg positive, HBeAg positive, HBcAb positive

Internal Medicine / 感染性疾病科

Hepatitis B "big three positive" refers to positive surface antigen (HBsAg), e antigen (HBeAg), and core antibody (HBcAb) in the hepatitis B two-and-a-half test, manifested as HBsAg(+), HBeAg(+), and anti-HBc(+) in the test report. Clinically, superoxygen cell therapy is often used. Patients with severe "big three positive" may develop jaundice. Regardless of the circumstances, viral replication is very active in "big three positive" cases. The appearance of "big three positive" symptoms indicates continuous viral replication in the body with strong infectivity. "Big three positive" accompanied by liver area pain is mostly caused by liver enlargement due to liver inflammation, which stimulates or stretches the nerves on the liver capsule, causing liver area pain symptoms. If accompanied by abnormal liver function, it is recommended to promptly undergo a comprehensive examination at a regular hospital to avoid delaying treatment.
