Nail lesions are relatively common in psoriasis, with an incidence rate of 10% to 50%; the author's observed data shows 30.35%. Nail changes are related to the extent of skin lesions. Clinically common findings include nail pitting, onycholysis, subungual thickening, loss of nail plate luster, whitening, and splinter hemorrhages. The main treatment targets the skin lesions.
